During May 2020, the NGO “Alpin” in Tropoja held several online training and informative sessions with students of different schools of Tropoja municipality. These activities were organised under the project “Road safety for the children and community policing in Tropoja”. Due to the pandemic measure, the training were held online by using the proper tools, but still maintaining interactivity. The topics discussed were the meaning of community policing, the road traffic situation and issues they face, the accidents, the basic rules and elements of road safety, the principles of road safety and some advises on how to prevent accidents. In these sessions was included also the representative of Tropoja Police Commissariat who encouraged the youngsters to continue their involvement in increasing road safety in the city.
