The Human Rights will be an integral part of overall approach to the Program implementation, aiming at achieving sustainable results through targeting root causes of problems, active and meaningful participation among those concerned, and ensuring a focus on persons in vulnerable situations.
Of particular importance in this respect are

• the victims of Domestic Violence,
• minority groups such as the Balkan Egyptian and Roma minorities and
• the LGBT community.
