It will serve as a means of supporting the sustainability of the various areas of engagement in the program, as well as promoting new, innovative approaches that reinforce stronger partnerships between key actors in Community Policing committees with fair and transparent selection processes, a strong focus on minority groups and gender issues, and a monitoring and evaluation system.
