Overall Objective: Creating a local network with the mandate to improve the communication and managing social problems in the community

Activities and Outcomes:

• A round table/project lancer;
• A training of DRP officers and social administrators from Korca Municipalitiy on children protection issues;
• 3 Community group training on Community Policing from administrative unit no.2 and no.3 of Korca and in Pogradec municipality;
• An info meeting with Roma/Egyptian community groups;
• 3 informative meetings with high school students of Korca;
• 1 training and 2 informative meetings with students of Humanity Sciences faculty of F.S. Noli university;
• 3 information stands in 3 high school students in Shkoder and Vau i Dejes;
• 1 informative session on community policing with marginalized children of SOS Village Shkoder;
• An awareness public event in the City Square;
• A Final regional workshop.
